What should I do if my AmpAura Purea 3 isn't charging at all?

If your AmpAura Purea 3 is not charging, follow these steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Check Charging Temperature:

    • Ensure the temperature around the power station is suitable for charging. If it's too high due to prolonged use of high-power devices, allow the power station to cool down.   2. Verify Charging Voltage and Current:

    • Confirm that you are using the correct rated charging voltage and current compatible with the AmpAura Purea 3.
  3. Replace Charging Method or Cable:

    • If the power station doesn't charge from a solar panel but does from an EV charger, the solar panel or its cable may be faulty. If neither the solar panel nor the EV charger works, try using an AC charger.
  4. Check Output Ports:

    • Ensure that the output ports of the Purea 3 are supplying power properly.
  5. Confirm Output Power:

    • If the AC or DC switch is on but the Purea 3 still doesn’t charge, verify that the output power meets the rated charging requirements of your device.
  6. Low Power Charging:

    • For DC sources and car chargers providing less than 1 watt of power, the charging may not display but could still be occurring. Test with a higher-wattage appliance to confirm if the charging power displays correctly.
